Re: General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR
We are writing to you today in relation to the changes in Data Protection Regulation which become active on 25th May 2018.
As a key part of our objectives, High Motive Ltd ensures all data is protected and have reviewed our procedures to ensure we are fully compliant with the new GDPR regulation.
We store information for various people within your organisation including, but not limited to, Buyers, Account Managers, Accounting Contacts, General Contacts and other personnel. This information could include details such as name, job title, the organisation they work for, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone and fax numbers, etc.
Our systems are set up so that our customers and suppliers receive information by their preferred method and the above information is only used for business purposes, such as sending invoices, statements and other occasional emails.
We process your personal information using the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest. This could be for prevention of fraud, to action orders, modifying or improving our services and rarely for direct marketing - High Motive Ltd does not currently engage in email marketing, news-letters, offers, etc.
Whenever we process data, we will ensure to keep your personal data rights up to date and ensure best practise for the security of information held.
